Dead Bread for Friday afternoon, Oct 30

This is Pan de Muerto, usually made around this time of year in Mexico. It's a sweet, enriched bread with orange and anise. But it's not too sweet or too strong. It's supposed to look like a skull and bones on the top, for Day of the Dead.  

It contains bread flour, butter, sugar, milk, eggs, orange water, orange zest, anise seeds, instant yeast and salt.
You can slice it or just grab a piece. The loaves are probably about 10 inches across. Not tiny or large. 

They will be delivered between 3 pm and 5 pm. Place orders by end of day Wednesday, Oct 28.
