They're made with bread flour, water, home-milled wheat flour, sourdough starter, salt, and rice flour. They're vegan. They are hearty but not sour.
Our cornmeal is milled fresh the day we make the cornbread. Whole cornmeal is sweeter and more corny that what you get in stores.
Our cornbread contains buttermilk, all-purpose flour, cornmeal, butter, brown sugar, honey, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Minimum order of $8. Delivery will be between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14. Order baguettes by end of day Sunday, July 12, and cornbread by end of day, Monday, July 13.
