This week's special is cranberry-walnut-apricot bagels. They contain hi-gluten flour, water, starter, whole wheat flour, whole rye flour, walnuts, dried cranberries, apricots, salt, cinnamon and cornmeal.
We'll also have plain, everything and sesame bagels. Everything bagels have black and white sesame seeds, minced garlic and onion, and salt. We'll also have our apple muffins, also made with freshly ground whole flour and other good stuff.
Our goal is to deliver between 7.30 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. Please put something in the instructions area if you don't want us to ring your bell.
Quantities are limited. Minimum order of $8. There's a discount for a dozen or more. Please order by end of day Thursday, Jan. 8.\
