Regular sourdough bagel flavors are plain, everything and sesame.More info. They are vegan. Everything bagels have black and white sesame seeds, minced garlic and onion, and salt.
Our special bagel this week is Pilgrim bagels, which are made from 80% home-milled wheat berries and 20% white flour. This is where the freshly milled wheat really shines. They are great with tomato and cream cheese or as part of a sandwich.
We'll also have our corn muffins, made with home-milled corn. They are not vegan.
Minimum of $8 per order. Quantities are limited. There's a discount for a dozen or more.
