This week's special is cherry-walnut bagels with a touch of cinnamon. They contain hi-gluten flour, water, starter, whole wheat flour, whole rye flour, walnuts, dried cherries, salt, cinnamon and cornmeal.
We'll also have plain, everything and sesame bagels and our corn muffins. Everything bagels have black and white sesame seeds, minced garlic and onion, and salt.
Our goal is to deliver between 7.30 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. Please put delivery instructions in the notes.
Quantities are limited. Minimum order of $8. There's a discount for a dozen or more. Please order by end of day Thursday, June 18.
We don't have photos of these bagels. I have made cranberry-walnut-apricot bagels that were similar.
