Sourdough bagels made with home-milled wheat flour and hi-gluten flour. Available in plain, everything, sesame and today's special bagel called Amigo bagels, which have black olive or black olive & sesame.
Everything bagels have black and white sesame seeds, minced garlic and onion, and salt.
We'll also have carrot muffins, made with home-milled wheat flour. They contain shredded carrots, buttermilk, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, vegetable oil, whole wheat flour, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves. Our goal is to deliver between 7.30 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. Please put something in the instructions area if you don't want us to ring your bell.
Quantities are limited. There's a discount for a dozen or more. Order by end of day Thursday, April 3.
