This week's special flavor is oatmeal cookie. The ingredients are flour, water, whole wheat flour, starter, barley malt syrup, raisins, oats, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Imagine a cinnamon-raisin bagel with oats on the outside.
Our sourdough bagels are made with home-milled wheat flour and hi-gluten flour. Regular flavors are plain, everything and sesame. More info. We also will have our corn muffins.
Everything bagels have black and white sesame seeds, minced garlic and onion, and salt.
Our goal is to deliver between 7.30 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. Please put something in the instructions area if you don't want us to ring your bell.
